I guess the video highlighting his death was never leaked. However, when I looked up David Zaback's name on Google, I couldn't find a video of it. I hope more will be posted in the future. I really appreciate whoever is finding out the actual versions of the deaths on the show, before they were changed on this show to protect the identities of the deceased.
